Lifetime Warranty Coverage
- 1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty for Metal Settings: Within 12 months from the delivery date, we provide free repair or parts replacement for non-artificial manufacturing defects, including loose prongs, broken welding, faulty clasps, and stone dropping caused by workmanship issues.
This brand warranty is an additional premium service and does not replace or override consumers’ statutory legal rights.
Lifetime Warranty Exclusions
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
- Stone chipping, setting deformation or damage caused by dropping, impact, extrusion, bending and rough wear
- Oxidation, plating fading and corrosion caused by contact with perfume, pool water, daily care products and chemical reagents
- Minor scratches, natural metal wear and normal plating consumption generated from daily wearing
- Loss, misplacement or theft of jewelry
Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty will be automatically void in the following cases:
- Resizing, engraving, refinishing, repairing or modification performed by non-official third-party channels
- Product failure caused by misuse, rough wear, artificial damage or chemical corrosion
- Failure to provide valid order proof and purchase records for warranty verification
Warranty Application & After-Sales Process
- Contact customer service with your order number and clear photos or videos of the defective area
- Our team will verify your eligibility and provide return instructions once approved
- Customers cover outbound shipping fees for returns; CHANLANTY covers reshipment fees after repair or replacement
- Processing time: 7–14 working days after receiving your returned item
- Custom-made items follow dedicated custom after-sales rules

Domestic Orders (South Africa)
All orders within South Africa enjoy free fully insured express shipping. We provide full compensation for lost or damaged parcels. Tracking numbers will be automatically sent to your registered email after dispatch.
International Orders
We offer global insured shipping. All overseas tariffs, VAT and customs clearance fees are borne by the recipient. The brand is not responsible for any country’s customs charges.
Duties & Tax Policy
International shipments may incur destination country tariffs and taxes
Tax Liability
All import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees arising from international orders are borne by the buyer, subject to the policies of the destination country.
Cross-Border Repair Tax
Any secondary import duties incurred when international customers return items for after-sales repair and service shall be borne by the customer.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
In-stock items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after delivery, provided the products are brand new, unworn, scratch-free, and complete with original packaging, certificates and all accessories.

- Items with wear marks, collision damage, or missing original certificates and accessories

Order Cancellation Rules
Unshipped in-stock orders can be cancelled free of charge. Once CAD designs for custom orders are confirmed and production begins, order cancellation will incur corresponding production costs.

Replating Service
Natural oxidation and wear of white gold plating are normal occurrences. Rhodium replating is a paid maintenance service.
Warranty Validity Rules
All maintenance and repairs must be processed by official CHANLANTY teams. Any disassembly, repair or modification performed by third parties will void the warranty immediately.
