We offer flexible center‑stone selections: moissanite, lab‑grown diamond and natural diamond. Once we align on the proposal, our designers create exclusive 3D mock‑ups. Revisions are available until you are 100% happy with the design.
StStep 2: Handcrafted Production in Your Preferred Metal
Upon your final confirmation, we start manufacturing. Choose from 925 silver, 14K & 18K solid yellow / white / rose gold, or 950 platinum.
Each ring is individually crafted through casting, hand‑finishing and precise stone‑setting. Every custom piece receives consistent high‑level craftsmanship, no mass‑produced molds are used.

Timeline and Pricing
Custom‑made jewelry requires more lead‑time than ready‑to‑ship catalog pieces. The 3D design phase takes place before physical production commences.
Your overall timeline varies based on design complexity, revision rounds and your selected metal.
As a general reference: gold and platinum custom pieces take 2-3 weeks for production after design approval. Custom silver works take 2‑3 weeks.
Final pricing is determined by your design, metal choice and center‑stone specifications (moissanite, lab‑grown diamond or natural diamond).
We deliver full transparent quotations before any work begins. A design deposit is required to kick‑off your project, the amount depends on how intricate your design is.
This deposit will be deducted from your final balance once production starts. There are zero hidden fees throughout the whole custom journey.

Exchange Terms for Custom Pieces
Fully‑customized pieces are crafted exclusively based on your final approved design, so full refunds are not available. Nevertheless, exchanges and ring resizing are covered under our 90‑day complimentary exchange policy.
Should your custom ring require resizing, or if the finished item fails to match your approved specifications, we will work closely with you to resolve the matter.
